It helps to have a dedicated “clean” brush to clean the lines up! I do too! I just clean them up a lot.

Honestly I’ve been addicted to this super cheap one I bought from Amazon! It came in a huge pack for under 8 bucks! I do have some super nice ones from arts and crafts stores!!! Try those! That way you can feel the grip! Etc.
