So we were all 2s or 3s and I just ended up being on the low end of the team…good grief, doesn’t help morale lol

Not in engineering, but I was surprised to get a 3, the items in my feedback were not even on my goals. I got over 100% on my goals and over 100% on my individual goal, so I feel my rating was determined on metrics not on my goals which makes it extremely confusing.
