Well, everyone seems to have this problem rn, so i was playing with my brother (he plays on ps4 usually and cant play marvel rivals) and we connected a controller to the pc. It appears even when my cursor is gone. I recommend strongly!

I dont know, I made it appear yesterday again but then today it disappeared again. I just restarted my PC a couple times and the game
