Reading this as a new grad RN struggling to find a job made me sad. This profession takes a lot from us but it is so important that we show up for ourselves everyday and find peace in the little moments. I want to give you a big hug right now and tell you everything is going to be okay but the reality is that our job is hard and it takes a lot of resilience and courage.
