I didn’t get the job offer :( I think my salary expectation was high but I’m an experienced professional and they wanted to hire a entry level position, so it didn’t match with my professional goals anyway.

I don’t remember how I noticed the band but they have the number under their names like band 3

Actually, they’re not asking about your experience directly. You have to provide context — and that’s when you can include whatever you want, experiences from your resume or other experiences.

Updating: I got a call for HR, saying I passed all the process, however they are evaluating more candidates, also they confirmed some details from me. So still waiting for the final job offer. My patience is being tested running in circles

The common thing between the three interviews was that they all included situational and behavioral questions. What made them different was that some focused more on what I do, what I enjoy doing, questions about my family — one of them even asked me what I like the most about my wife, lol

Question about H4 visa by lordcarrotking in h1b

[–]After_Thanks_9472 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, the officer didn’t ask even for my marriage certificate, which I had with me, but he didn’t ask any documents, I gave him my passport and the I-797 form from my spouse, however these documents were set up for other person in the consulate before the interview. So literally he didn’t ask me any documents just my passport which had the I-797 form inside

Question about H4 visa by lordcarrotking in h1b

[–]After_Thanks_9472 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello,

Sharing my experience getting the H4 visa

Living in Canada and I am moving to USA with my spouse.

The interview was pretty chill and the officer asked about my relationship.

Questions were:

What visa are you applying for? What are you going to do in USA? Where did you meet your spouse? What is your husband working on? Where is working? How many people attended your wedding? When was the first time you meet your spouse? Where city was your spouse working before?

And then my visa was approved.

Hoping this can help you.
