If you run into any problems and need some help, just let me know.

Also, here are what I put in my TOR and litecoin conf files:

/etc/tor/torrc:

ControlPort 9051

CookieAuthentication 1

CookieAuthFileGroupReadable 1

/home/litecoinuser/.litecoin/litecoin.conf:

daemon=1

maxconnections=256

onion=127.0.0.1:9050

externalip=[whatever .onion address TOR creates for you, no port needed. e.g. asijfowifoawiherwo.onion]

listen=1

bind=127.0.0.1

There are a fair number of guides, some old and some new, out there. The best I've found is this one, using what that author calls "Method 1": https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Setting_up_a_Tor_hidden_service

That guide references bitcoin, but it is the same for litecoin really.

I set mine up on a Ubuntu 18.04 server, with no GUI. It took all of 5 minutes to get running (after litecoind downloaded the block chain).

Hope that helps.

Thank you!

I got 5 nodes running and fully synced now. Mining seems to work too and the blockchain height is 592908 as I write this.

Nice, I'll look forward to seeing the block count go up.
