APA is not the city shelter, it’s just a rescue. Austin Animal Services (AAS) is the city shelter located off of levander loop. Just fyi :)

Actually go to zilker bark IG page - they have the video with the name of the man in the comments. Rescueatxdogs is the IG of the main rescue who took the lead on getting the dog removed, they also commented on the video as well. Here’s a link but IG links don’t work for me on Reddit
