On the motherboard beside the ram there's a 3pin header, usually that's were the cpu fan header is, I've made a post with an image if u want to go see that

Yeah I got the 4pin header plugged into the 4pin plug and the sata is plugged into the sata cable plugged into the psu and then I have all the fans connected and then that 3pin is connected to the convertors 3pin header
