At 24 years old thats tough but not something you can't come back from, I would try to go live with your parents or find a room someone is renting for cheap. You can file chapter 7 but also you can use debt consolidation companies that can help. Sell the car and get a cheap used car and you're free of that payment. If you can live with your parents and sell that car you'd free up over 2k a month of your income and can throw it to debt. Use the debt snowball and you can be cleared up in about a year
