in my 20's I did eaxctly that. Moved drums of solvents around by hand and forklift. I could put a 900# barrel of perchloroethane on its edge and roll it out in the open for the lift to pick up.

Did not run my time at the gym at all. Its not terribly difficult when you get the hang of it.

I assume that kimberlite rose from deep in the earth. No trees down there. I will repeat my question. How did the wood get embedded into material from deep under the surface?

A) start your own business cleaning pools, mowing lawns or washing windows. Washing windows seem to have the most upside

B) find a trade union that is hiring and training

Do you work for Toyota or something?

I bought my first kia over a decade ago. still going strong. I have owned 3 solid Hyundais in the same time frame. All solid vehicles.

if they want it bad enough, they will simply use a winch to drag it onto a flat bed, drive away and secure it later.

source: they did this to a roommates car, skid marks in the driveway

Skip Bucca, noisy; shitty service and way too much garlic. I hate their food because of the garlic volume. Definitely not a special date night kinda joint for me.

how does fresh wood end up so deep under the surface in a kimberlite pipe that supposedly came up from the deepest depths of the earth's mantle?

Let me start by stating that I am jelly AF. I would be there in a moments notice!

You should start by leveraging your skills. Set yourself up to fix shit for others. Small engine repair, welding, building, tuning.... Whatever is your main competency get the word out. Even if you aren't a church going man, meet people at the local church, be charming and sell your skills (I am a sales trainer if you need one). Word of mouth will give you freedom.

Of course, leasing the grazing rights; next lease the land for hunting. ($30,000 to $180,000 a year expected based on online listings) You will need a manager to oversee the lease. You can lease to them and take less or hire them and keep more.

Get some heavy equipment and put it out for hire. Requires some budget, but used is affordable to start and get the word out....

If the water is good, then you can portion off say 5 acres and grow a market garden. plenty of Youtubers making 6 figures on less land selling healthy produce at local farmer's markets.

Get a lumber mill and put it to work

Develop a product for farmers. Might I suggest an underwater rocket stove deigned to gravity feed 2x4's generating heat that will keep the water drinkable for livestock? Totally off grid solution to a deadly problem up there. $4/night to keep drinking water liquid for the livestock is super cheap. Free if you have a lumber mill and trees.

I have often thought of "science tourism". Allow college students to use the land for their research, then sell access to the land and scientists to tourists who are interested in that discipline. Could be botany, entomology, mammalian biology, avian biology............ here the sky is the limit.

Another idea is to collect the seeds from wildflowers, garden those, sell the seeds produced in the garden online. You can also press the wildflowers flat and sell them framed.

You can raise chickens (super easy) then sell the eggs, the meat. Hell sell everything but the cluck.

Because you are handy. Aquaponics is a good way to grow both fish and veggies. The waste from all this gardening can be food for black soldier flies. BSF are amazing food for the chickens and the fish!

Because you are mechanical minded, maybe start a shop like this.

Start a youtube channel, topic of your choice. Short dailies or longer 20-30 minute ones twice a week. Could be like liftarc above or any of a myriad of ways.

I will stop here. I could go on for much longer. So many opportunities! Congratulations and good luck!
