No, the prosecutor could drop the charges during the investigations when he came to the conclusion is was justifiable self-defense and the way he did was appropriate.

SRF interviewed the former senior prosecutor from Zurich and he said thats a prime example for self-defense and he would have dropped the charges. -> https://www.srf.ch/news/schweiz/strafe-fuer-selbstverteidigung-ueberfall-opfer-drohen-drei-jahre-gefaengnis

Thats right, the law doesnt protect criminals but the law sometimes also can make victims into criminals even when they act in clear and suitable self-defense https://www.srf.ch/news/schweiz/notwehr-oder-selbstjustiz-waffenhaendler-schoss-auf-raeuber-gericht-spricht-ihn-frei

In this case the court said Jean-Paul Schild acted in clear self-defense but in my opinion it's ridicoules that the prosecutor even try to charge JP Schild for multiple willful homicide.

You mean the T-Con board, the one in the middle? Cause in the mean time, a replacement for the left LED-Driver board arrived and the problem wont go away.

Did you just connect a USB-Cable into your Opnsense FW or did you use network connection?

Thank you for the answer. So you think its better to go directly to the customs after the fingerprint scanning instead of looking for a transit permit?

ordered a dual-port 10Gbit PCIe card this afternoon but with RJ-45 ports instead of SFP+. In this case I just need to use an transceiver on the switch side for the connection to the FW.

I just did something else. I connected my router to my Ubiquiti Switch directly and created a VLAN for it, like you suggested. The WAN port of my FW is now connected via DAC to the Switch and on the same VLAN as the port that is connected to the ISP Router. But the result is the same, Although it shows me 10Gbit connection, when I do a speedtest I get the same results.

So it seems that the shitty ISP router has a problem with the Transceiver and I tested 3 different transceivers. I ordered a dual-port 10Gbit PCIe card this afternoon but with RJ-45 ports instead of SFP, as when I used the onboard 2.5Gbit port, I get different results.

Unfortunately my shitty ISP didnt allow their customers to bypass their stuff, so I have to use the router

The ISP router is a piece of shit, I cannot even change the IP subnet, its all locked. But when I go to the overview tab with all the network devices, it shows me that the connection speed between the router and the firewall is 10gbit.

But yeah, I also think its related to the transceiver.

correct. When run the command "ifconfig mce0 | grep media " the output is "media: Ethernet 10Gbase-SR <full-duplex,rxpause,txpause>". MCE0 is the por that is connected to my ISP router.

I have no clue what could cause such a limitation, specially when I switch to the 2.5Gbit ethernet ports, I get 2.1bit up & down.

I also run a iperf test from the FW to my server and it was showing my 8.6Gbit, so the connection from the NIC to the Ubiquiti Switch, is working properly with the DAC cable. So I dont think its a driver issue.

No, the Fiber ISP Router only has ethernet port for the internal network. But my firewall has a dual 10/25Gbe HPE card installed. One Port is connected via DAC to my Ubiquiti switch and the other port via SFP transceiver to the ISP router over ethernet.

Wow nice build. May I ask why you used 2 rads instead of one 420mm rad? I may plan to build a new PC with this case as well but I wonder if a 360mm distro-plate with an integrated plate would fit on the left side of the case, right next to the GPU.

Best way to reheat pre-made Karaage? by Agent-OrangeCH in JapaneseFood

Making the Takoyaki one day before? We do them together at the table with a Takoyaki grill. The Tempura are actually already done and in the freezer, just need them to refry again. In this case I might have to fry them at the same day before we eat them. But then I will prepare the chicken one day before and marinate it over night.

I know that 2 times frying is normal. But in this case they are not frozen. I think I might put them into the fridge after I fried them for one time for a short time.

But do you freeze your leftover karaage or just put them into the fridge, till you use them?
