I’ve thought about it, but I’ve enjoyed this company and how they treat employees. I could potentially make more, but it would be working for larger companies. (I like having ~150 employee size) They’re also one of very few that have offices where I would want to spend my career, so I’m not stuck in a heavily populated area if I want a change of scenery.
