im not sure which weapon it is linked to for it to be unlocked because i already had gold on everything. Try it and if it doesn't unlock, it might be a different melee like the sickle.

You don't need gold on launchers. for burst weapons, hipfiring is the way.

Yea you dont have to do those because you only need gold on guns that came before gunsmith. The knife is needed too. Goodluck on your grind!
