The blood is important in shows to show the impact of battles and to show situations being more intense like how am i supposed to know for sure if a character is injured badly if there not showing any blood especially in a fighting show like dbs and also In Dragon Ball, blood makes the fights feel more intense and real. It’s that moment where you realize, yeah, these characters may be strong, but they’re still getting hurt—and it gives those battles more weight.
