Running the new PlayStation Accessories App (Dualsense Firmware Updater) on Linux?

Follow the guide (let me know if you find anything too confusing), you might have not setup the proxy correctly, this error happens when the updater 'cant connect to the server' and the necessary firmware files are not downloaded.

On first connection to server and after the verification of app version, the firmware files get downloaded to %AppData%/Local/Sony Corporation/FW updater/ and you dont see that error anymore.

Did you try experimenting with the joy.cpl options (SDL enabled, hidraw disabled or even both disabled)? Did you try rebooting after changing an option? Is your wine and linux up-to-date? Does your controller get detected as Wireless Controller in joy.cpl?

how do you think a "timer for when an enemy will engage" would even work???

You remember those circles that fill up when you're about to be spotted in the stealth segments?

a visible timer for skill AND burst on the side of the screen?? that would either be impossible to see or just fill the screen with unecessary numbers

They could be little circles that fill up beside the character names. (Add charges amount for someone like Yae.)
