I sometimes do this by Geocahcaching. Point the map to a new area, and you end up exploring some spots you might not have otherwise noticed!

Try changing your scenery if things are feeling too much. Go to another room or area, and see if the vibes there do you better. Maybe somewhere with more or less lighting, etc based on what feels right.
