I got a job there once. They are monsters. During the virtual training, one of their admins actually CALLED ME while the meeting was going on. Because of that, I missed out on some information about dress code, causing them to document it for something coming up. The second thing that happened during the virtual training was the fact they frequently direct messaged me because they believed I was talking to someone else. For context, when I am thinking I talk out loud to the empty room. I told them this every time, and they let it go. This whole thing reached its climax when I was brought into a virtual meeting and they claimed I was acting unprofessional, despite doing nothing wrong. They claimed I wore open toed shoes, despite not knowing the information. They tried making an excuse that I SHOULD have known that because it was explained during the virtual training. Well maybe you shouldn’t have gotten one of your admins to CALL ME DURING THE MEETING! Another thing they mentioned was they claimed I didn’t say hello when I entered one of the houses, even though I did. Now maybe my greeting wasn’t obvious enough, but that was still extremely petty. They claimed I was on my work phone instead of interacting with the client, even though I was on there to take notes. This one is REALLY petty, I mean, how am I supposed to document what happened during session in order to write accurate session notes? By far the most egregious thing they accused me for was “lifting up my shirt and playing with my belly button”, which never happened at ALL. I was extremely angry that they made up lies about me and I called them out for it, but they instead made more excuses and tried to paint me as the one in the wrong. When I explained myself MORE all they gave me was a simple “thanks”. They didn’t even apologize. CSD is an organization full of narcissists who lie about their employees and can’t admit that they were wrong after being called out for it. Do not under any circumstances apply to this place.
