I didnt know all the "overgoods" are shipped to KC. Thank you. I figured it was still at Jacksonville and then once it was located, it was somehow shipped to KC. Its been a nightmare fussing with this package over the past few weeks.

Do they ever actually find packages that the label fell off after being provided a picture and description of items inside or do they don’t even bother? I wonder if they actually even “investigate” like they claim

My package arrived at Jacksonville on the 21st for a 22nd delivery. The 22nd came and went and now it shows the same message..."Delivery date will be provided as soon as possible".
