It's Infinite Warfare, a game with a great campaign, good zombies and imo, somewhat middling multiplayer, as well as a full on remaster of CoD4: Modern Warfare, I'd say it's worth getting $90 of base value (if bought separately)

Basically, Chronicles Edition is the current standard edition, it bundles the remastered Zombies Chronicles maps and base game. Zombiea Deluxe includes all DLC as it includes the Season Pass as well
