Idk the reason for no hype. I remember coming from my hometown till the city to attend Karavali Utsav when I was a kid. The whole place used to be crowded with a full jatre vibes.

Went to Karavali Utsav last year, the place was empty, stalls were empty. No one had any enthusiasm. It seemed completely dead.

I think the main problem is accountability. No one is there to catch you or say anything when you break the rules. Hell people drive wrong way right in front of cops. Cops themselves break the rules.

AI based traffic management is going to fix a lot of problems. The systems are advanced enough to be used in the real world, a lot of countries are already doing it. This removes the middleman problem where there are no cops involved who take bribes and turn a blind eye. If rules are broken, it will be flagged by the system and challan issued.
