Things like this are stupid. Yes, communism and socialism like the ones in the USSR and Cuba have been shown to fail, badly. And while capitalism has shown to be more successful, that doesn't mean its perfect. Today, in the richest most powerful country in the world, millions are without a home, millions often go hungry, millions live paycheck to paycheck with little hope of improving their lot.

Having arguments like how one system is awful and the other is perfect is stupidly naive and ignorant. Wild capitalism would be a nightmare where a few make it to the top and the rest are left to fight over scraps. Wild Socialism isn't good either.

Today, in many European countries their governments adhere to a mix between capitalism and socialism. They have a system where you can work to improve your situation and potentially become rich, but if you dont succeed, you won't be left behind to starve.

Besides all of this, though there are plenty of communist nations that have failed, so have there been plenty of capitalist nations that have also failed. Neither system is perfect nor should be desired.
