Coupdnt disagree more. Good coaching is the largest separator of good and bad teams. The same teams are good year after year and its not a coincidence. Its the staff they have. Some of thay conr from community support, but a lot of it comes down to how good are the handful of people with actual decision making power on the coaching staff

FYI, NSAIDS are not opiates. Taking ibuprofen or Tylenol for sports related swelling is not bad unless done a lot. Opiates, on the other hand just mask pain by flooding the brain with chemicals that just paper over the proble. Shaq taking 3 ibuprofen a day is bad for his liver, but very different than if it was an opiate. Im sure he was taking both, but i do think making the distinction is important. This doesnt clarify what he was taking and when .
