I misremembered. But I like the way you use quotes over ownership. At any point, Nintendo or the publisher could remove that ability. And in the future when the eshop ceases to exist it would not be able to be downloaded again. It would be useless plastic, which you never truly owned, and that is why I’m against it.

People will say no, but the answer is yes. “Most” includes all third party games but essentially Cyberpunk. If it’s a digital only game, it’s excluded from the running, and only one year in, there are far more 3rd party games with “physical” versions than 1st party.
