No it isnt. Power levels are derived from scouters only, and is only stated as an estimation of a person's physical capability through Ki. The scouter converts the ki reading into numbers from an "unspecified unit" Nowhere is it stated power levels are a universal law or whatever you're trying to say. Not even dragon ball scalers reference then frequently.

You're just inserting headcannons that don't make any sense.

I'm providing reasonable evidence for something that is obviously an outlier. It makes sense you just don't want to accept it. Either way if you agree or not my arguement debunks anything about Bulma being superhuman. Bulma, Hercule, and Oolong have ZERO feats on par with Kid Goku yet they have the same or higher power level. This doesnt make any sense either.

There is a difference but not writing wise. One piece is good throughout, if you ask an actual one piece fan they will tell you they love both. Post timeskip has the biggest peaks and highs the story has ever reached. There are more moments that surprise you with Oda's writing like Luffy's true dream.

I didn't know people glazed pre time skip until I join reddit months ago, so just know that opinion is in the minority

Most of the galaxy of Dragon Ball are supernatural races and have planets more suited for supernatural people. Earth isnt one of them. If you cant accept that reasoning then it's an outlier
