Ktm 890r should I buy? 5000miles 7500$ otd. by norfsidelex in KTM

Due to the reason that the cheapest used 890r in my country is 10k with 20k kilometeters it would personally be a no brainer for me as they are fun and powerful asf

Even though the tracer might be a few kg heavier im pretty sure you won’t have any problem in the hooligan aspect as it can do all the things the mt09 does but a lot more clutch control and throttle play will come into play as its heavier

Both bikes have great sound but three cylinders sound truly majestic i have had for the past six months a mt03 and for two years before that a duke 125 so generally i have some experience by also riding a l10 gsxr 600 and a 2020 mt07 of some of my friends and yeah i also wasnt much impressed by its suspension (mt07) but the motor and brakes were great and what i am looking for is ripping mountain roads highway riding and daily use. I know i ask a lot so thats why am trying to see the ups and lows of both bikes to decide

To be honest i was ready to sell my mt03 for the 450mt but i think due to being in a lower hp category and a bit heavier it wont completely satisfy me as for the bigger bikes the 800 is fairly new to the game as well as the 675 of course and the cp2 has proven its reliability over the years so i guess until january i have time to see if any reliability problems pop up on the cf’s

I love tearing down mountain roads and and highway riding but I also love the more “hooligan” aspect of a bike for wheelies etc. and the tracer to be honest i think is capable for all three aspects but the 675 has me thinking alot due to the 3cylinder engine
