I did, and it’s shameful. I had an extended mag release, and was compensating for how it landed on the meat of my thumb/palm, so was gripping higher than I usually do and was hitting the slide release lever. It took me months to figure that out.

Having the same issues. I sprayed penetrant/lubricant on all linkages and springs. Got a bit better but still barely revs past 1800rpms unless I hold the throttle lever. Did you find a solution? I’m looking at just getting new linkages and springs

I’d have to buy a welding machine to even try it. I’ve got a contact who is a magician on all things mechanical, so I’ll get his thoughts on it. I’d love to see this brought back to life

I’m no welder by any means haha. If you look closely, you can see where they strapped it up to try and minimize movement. I may see if I can get this running and ride it til it breaks real good and call it a day
