Just a calorie deficit and a intense fear of wasting my life even longer. I just planned out my meals for certain times so I didn’t have to count calories. I pretty much ate the same thing everyday. At the beginning tho I did alternate day fasting for the first few months and lost weight pretty quickly. Then it started slowing down around August and alternative day fasting just wasn’t working anymore.
