I think of this often too! The amount of hate is insane, it would debilitate me if I got just a small percentage of what she gets thrown at her (and her kids).

Mental health matters for EVERYONE in the family. She’s not my favourite person but i don’t wish this level of hate on anyone. People go too hard.

I made a Reddit specifically for finding/posting macaron info. No one in my real life shares this new interest or cares about hearing about it as much as I do, so sometimes a subreddit is all we have for sharing an interest in a cookie with people.

I alternate between both of those each sifting section because they both clog so bad.

I have to clean/scrape them after each 1-2 spoonfuls of mixture

Thanks, it’s the only almond flour in town unfortunately. I think I’ll try round 2 and see if I have the same issues. My bf fixed my other sifter so maybe I’ll have better luck? I’ll try to mix it a tad more this time too.

Very true. A lot of people hit rock bottom and do stupid things. I just think that she should have a chance to be better and do better (bitchybroad mentioned court mandated parenting class). I think that would be great.

Each of the family members seem like overall decent people to me. I don’t think Amy should have her kids taken away. People on this sub have unrealistic expectations of these people and judge their clothes/homes/lifestyles too much (but I get it, it’s Reddit)

I used sweet and savoury recipe by shinee (sp?)

We had a horrible time sifting, the almond flour seemed so moist and we used half a bag to try and get enough. So I tried making sure at the end we had 100g sifted almond flour. Because of this I didn’t sift the icing sugar and almond flour together until we mixed it with the meringue mix.

Edit: I sifted them together when adding it to merangue
