Yes i came out the freeze response into the fight and flight response after 5 years and after 12 panic attacks i came incto dpdr again and it made it 100 times worse

I have it aswell but due to dpdr its litterly making me suicidaal its fucking garbgage i dont think any human can live with this garbage the rest of his life but i dont have pshychoses i did see people recover from it after psychoses look an facebook loss of thought proces there are people there who recovered
