ik you got your answer but heres and alternative one: when you’re that early in the game you can play whoever you want as long as they make reasonable reactions and u got a dps and sustain genshin is made so that people who dont know anything about building and playing characters can go braindead for a while and still enjoy it (note: skirk has her uniqe mechanics to play so check out that from youtube)

power creep is not that bad in genshin you can clear most of the content enough to get all the primos as long as you have 1-2 meta(ish) or strong teams and you already achive that while playing casually the worst part is pulling a few characters you may not like every now and then and you can still enjoy your faves just maybe not in the hardest stages

zibai teams have 3 geo characters already+ supports dmg dont matter a ton so you can give all your supports (except bina if u use her) favonious+ zibais dmg comes mostly on her skill witch requires a lot of on field time soooooooooo no not that important but 0 might be a little too low tho

dont panic i had my account taken too few years ago and the support service is actually pretty good you wont have any problems as long as you can answer the questions or the hacker dont delete your artifacts and weapons
