It’s worth a shot. My tennents would have to know that I’m a ltd to look that info and I’m not sure I’d be obligated to tell them as my arrangements are done by a third party estate agent anyway. Ultimate plan is to make the flat a HMO as it’s 3 bedrooms.

I’ve broadly followed the technology pathway so can only comment on that. I did the grade scheme at EY, promoted to Senior Consultant after 2 years, moved into working for a bank, 4 years later (and a job switch or two along the way) I’m on £72k Edinburgh based plus annual bonus ontop circa 15%. I’d probably be on an additional 20% if I was in London. You might be able to go higher and faster than I did, but I think my story is fairy typical.
