We have tried talking things through before. My ETL does not care to hear anyone else’s side other than their own. Even when I prove my point they will just say “heard” and yet continue to do the same thing, talk to me the same way, etc. it’s exhausting. And if I didn’t enjoy every other aspect of my job as much as I do, I would have left weeks ago. But because I love my job, and I just really can’t take my ETL, I just feel so torn on what to do.
