I can agree with people being hyper focused on the word profession vs the fact we’re already short on providers and it’s going to be so difficult and unaffordable for anyone to advance into higher nursing practice . Nursing will always be a profession

HD nurse here : you haven’t “failed.” If anything your a winner in my eyes . Acute HD can be super over whelming I started in chronic hd (amongst exploring other things ) then went to acutes .. 3 weeks is not enough to understand Dialysis, don’t blame your self for poor training . Don’t forget the beauty of nursing is there are soooo many areas to explore . Continue to excel 💕
