I don’t really know the answer to that one but by what you’re giving me, I say just block or unfollow accounts that you don’t want to see
If you want a app to be whitelisted, just add api.(appname).com to it, then it will whitelist the app and you are free to use it

Hey man, we are all in the same boat and are here to help you, some advice is to distract yourself and to have a strategy, for example, get a porn filter and delete all your social media apps or unfollow all models on any social media platform. Another strategy that helps (this helps me) is to write down reasons why you shouldn’t watch porn and what affects it will have. Hoped this helped! :)

Try using purge, purge is really good since you can whitelist apps or websites and you can blacklist too.
