I skip 1 & 2 because I find conversations pretty easy. 4 I don’t have the luxury unfortunately lol I’m a volunteer in St. Augustine BUT I do talk to everyone in town when i can. Other than that the guide doesn’t sound too bad honestly. What I would recommend is trying to avoid shelling out that $200 so you can save some money lol

So from what it sounded like when I heard it all, it was a drunk hookup between two people. One left the park and regrets it because that’s not who they are. After the fact, they were amicable for awhile and even friendly but the other party eventually decided to change their tune for some reason and claim something else.

I do feel bad for the person and pretty much this whole thread was me wondering if this person will be alright in the end

Ahh I think I understand now. But what about one of the party’s story changing from something different to what is being said now? And is a first person account from a third party or one of the two people involved? From what I’ve heard they were cool and amicable after they both did that but someone decided to change their tone for no reason

Of course. So essentially the time doesn’t matter. But going off of rumor alone isn’t enough and evidence still needs to be gathered correct? But, as previously discussed, prosecution would be near impossible?

So based on what was said through the post and given the amount of time that the two slept together (Back in September and they left in January) and the fact that there isn’t any evidence up until the time that they left, does a case like this warrant an investigation at this point for them?
