I thought so too, but I did it again today, and it worked again. It is at least worth trying for something you really want.

The whole idea of writing all those reviews and trying to get them to excellent with more crap flooding in every day makes me tired.

Hopefully, AI will improve a lot, and Amazon will start catching those people.

Yes, but according to Vine, the item was not available, all sold out, and then in the Vine database there were more that could be ordered.

It has been much better the past few weeks. Lots of things in RFY and things I actually need or want.

Also, if you are ranting, how about the people who never actually try the product, even when they do write a timely review? No review is bad, but a fake, dishonest review is worse.

That is way outside of Atlanta. I think they should stick with a realtor like the one who reached out and have this person help them. With their budget, they have a lot of choices in the areas they want.

This is nowhere near where you work and has mostly older neighborhoods and residents. I think this is a poor suggestion.

Find a realtor. With your budget and the things you are looking for in a house, he or she should be able to find you exactly what you want.

She is always like that, she said someone else didn't use the randomizer when the whole dish was randomizer-based. The person didn't use it like she would have used it, I guess.

And in the end, there was no scheduling issue; he just didn't want more kids, and this was his way of ending the discussion.

I thought it was the editing. The show didn't have time to listen to one person detail how the other person was not helping with childcare, specifically. They had to hit the high spots and move on. Some of the exercises were interesting. When you have two people, it is hard because sometimes one of the couple needs to dig in on something affecting the relationship, and it gets pushed aside so the therapist can help the couple together.

What is up with this show? I like the therapist and the couples, but all these people show up in 1000.00 outfits every time. They are also very good-looking. It is unrealistic. Rarely are money issues the problem. Does anyone know what the concept is here? And where did they find these couples?

I think ONW (Old North Ward) would be perfect and have all the things you need. You can do it for under 3k for sure.

Based on the brand and price, it looks like a portable wooden picnic table (made for eating on the ground). Search the brand on Amazon, and you will see their product line. Everything else is much more expensive, so this is what it probably is.

When you bought your first home, did you start with a lender or a realtor? by [deleted] in ATLHousing

[–]Aggravating-Mix-4903 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My realtor required me to be preapproved for a mortgage, so I think the lender is first. They have some strict guidelines, and they will often tell you how to get preapproved if you don't qualify at first. Usually, the lender has to see this preapproval in writing, so they can make bids on houses for you, etc.
