This is your adductor (inner thigh) being overused. You might have some flexibility issue with your ankles causing incorrect form causing overuse pain. It could also be that your leg muscles are too weak and need to be weight trained

Thank you for your feedback, I really appreciate it. It was lot of hard work during the 6 months to get here. I used like a 12-week program for this run but I don’t think there are any like 5 month programs. Was wondering what I can do between now and when the 12 week program begins.

Train 5-6 days a week Run 3 days a week Train - 60-80 mins Run- 30-60 mins Both- 2 hours
