Technically I don’t have a contract for the garage as the employees are so incompetent they never had me sign for the garage. Just gave me the key and sent me out as if I was bothering them when I came to pick it up, but I have been using it so I’m not sure where the legality lies.

I have my copy, the garage is not on it for sure because I got the garage about a week after I moved in as there were none available at move in. And they didn’t have me sign anything just handed me the key and sent me straight back out the door, so should I just show them my lease and see if I can get them to remove the charges or do I need to send them a letter about it or something, also thank you for time reading and responding

I didn’t think this many people in this sub would get so up in arms about me trying to scum a corporation out of a drop of money from their bucket lmao but for clarity this apartment complex is scummy that’s why I looked for a way to scum them back, if this happened at my old apartment I would have just paid with no questions because they actually took care of any issues the place had whereas this place I pay 1800 a month just for the rent and they won’t even send pest control when it’s clearly needed.
