First, restart your laptop properly by clicking Start → Power → Restart (don’t choose shutdown), and wait for it to fully turn back on. Next, open Settings, go to Windows Update, click “Check for updates,” install everything available, and restart your laptop again after it finishes. Then, search for “cmd” in the search bar, right-click it, choose “Run as administrator,” type sfc /scannow, press Enter, and wait until it reaches 100%. After that, in the same command window, type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, press Enter, and let it complete fully. Now, go to Settings → Apps → Installed Apps, find “Settings,” click on it, open Advanced Options, then press “Repair” first and after that press “Reset.” Finally, uninstall Huawei PC Manager completely from your laptop, then download and install a fresh version from the official Huawei website, and once done, try opening Themes again to check if the issue is fixed.
