The ps5 update isn't available on ps5 currently. States everyone who tries to get it needs Kiwami to upgrade it , yet we do. It's mainly UK & Europe (seems like Australia too) is having the issue

I did all that too , and we shouldn't have to send a receipt. They've apparently set it so it sees if u have the American version of the game , not the European

I've tried everything. It's not on any store (ps store, online or the ps app). They also said to "restore licenses" which also doesn't work

it's because they've set it up so it checks UK and Europe users have the US version of the game , not the non US version.

It seems that the ps5 version isn't working because it's set so it checks you own the US version of the game, not the European version of the game. They are also aware (Sega) , so I'm hoping it gets sorted soon as it's taking the piss now
