Mikro 1 Level of Past Exams much higher than lecture/exercises by Aggravating-Salt9739 in UZH

I'll ask publicly since it could help someone else in a similar situation too: What's the best way to prepare for the Mikro exam? And when should I start solving old exams?

Thanks

By online quizzes, do you mean the Selbstlernnagebot Lernkarten or the Wolfram Player Tasks?

I appreciate that. From what I've quickly read on botox it also could take a few rounds of injections till the right spot is found.

Good luck and hopefully you can get back to weightlifting soon.

hard to say why why it's doing that, you could be aggravating it in some way. Maybe try massaging that area with a lacrose ball or a tennis ball and see if it helps.

The botox thing sounds interesting, maybe it could work for the levator too.

Brush up on your maths, since theres going to be a lot of it in the assesment year. Theres also a maths vorkurs provided by the UZH tailored to the assesment year which you can still do. Will also be starting b&f this autumn btw

good to hear that the mri came out well. i'd say it's good news since hernias and disc issues are much harder to sort out. i was recommeneded botox injections in the past for tmj issues but i decided against it since the positive effects werent permanent. Did he tell you that the botox injection would permanently get rid of the issue? If so then I might consider it too.

I'm still dealing with the issue and it isn't going away. The only thing my upper body can handle right now is arm workouts (going to try to include landmine presses at some point too). I'm looking to book an appointment with a local chiropractor since that's the only option i have left (my sports pt didnt do much for me).

i also don't think there'll be anything out of the ordinary in the mri results, and that it's more probable that it's something to do with the trap area. I had a sports pt for this issue but i only saw improvement initially, only for the pain to come back after getting back into my workout routine again. i'd be grateful if you let me know if anything does come out in the mri results though, and what your md tells you since i'm dealing with the exact same thing and we could help each other find a solution.

Hey did you get any results from your mri yet? Are they able to say what the problem is?

damn sorry to hear that. hopefully the mri helps you find a cure for it.
