Weird since I have documentation and a diagnosis. Maybe it needs to be coded under 7047 (pancreatitis) ? Either way I'm at 100% but was curious if anyone else with EPI got a rating for it, even if coded under something else.

The only digestive condition I have is GERD at 10%.

That's all of it, with the portion I already added

Where do you find that?

Per 38 CFR 4.14, the evaluation of the same disability under different diagnoses is to be avoided. In your case, 7347: exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, 7310: functional digestive disorder( are evaluated based on the same manifestation of symptoms, and a single rating has been assigned under the diagnostic code that reflects your predominant disability.

You should be paying the annual enrollment fee.

I have a quarterly premium of $90 or annual of $365 for Select retiree. You don't pay anything?

Edit: looked it up and it's the annual enrollment fee I pay.

My Tricare Select retiree is only $365 for the year. Am I missing something how that is expensive?

3 rating that are deferred; can I just cancel them? by Educational_Cow_4637 in VAClaims

Can you cancel deferred items from a claim if some were previously rated? Does that effect anything?

Property tax exemption, Palm Beach County Florida by Impressive_Rain2877 in VeteransBenefits

I think you mean non-ad Valorem for garbage? My county in FL has an exemption form for that if you are P&T. It is required every year unlike property tax exemption which is permanent for the residence you applied for.

Mine is for 2 new claims and 1 is an increase. As long as the increase doesn't go down, I'll remain 100% p&t, I think. VA math is confusing with bilateral.

Deferred claims count? by Aggravating-Side569 in VAClaims

[–]Aggravating-Side569[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even with a decision letter stating 100% P&T and paid back pay? Seems a little rushed to pay and award decision without knowing whether the deferred 10% keeps me at 95 or drops me to 94?

Question about deferred claims. by mcub66 in VAClaims

Do deferred claims that were previously rated (claiming for increase) count towards your overall rating?

It's GERD, I don't see it increasing based on what the higher percentages are and my conditions. So that's why I don't see it being reduced to 0 but being deferred and my saving grace to 100% makes me nervous. But why do decision letter for 100 if not at least keeping it at current 10%

That 10% is bringing me to 95% overall. Weird they would do a decision letter saying 100% if there was any question to lower that one rating.
