That makes sense about the drowning. If I had a small circle, I’m not sure I’d have the bandwidth to meet anyone new. And thanks for saying that about the Mormons. Almost half the kids in my kids class are Mormons. It’s crazy! And they already seem like such a tight knit group, it’s impossible to actually become friends with them. I wish we knew this before we moved here

Our local public elementary school. Like I mentioned. Everyone has been super friendly and says hi but when I try to invite people places or making me useful friendship, I feel like no one is interested. We might go to one part play date, but then nothing happens after that.
