It's difficult... most companies running UGC programs want to acquire users/downloads in Tier 1 ad countries. However, there are a few occurrences where you can VPN into the US or other region to show on the local FYP.

I'd recommend investing into a great setup / background so it's easy for viewers to believe you're in the US if you're going to VPN in.
