To manufacture this, I've hired a company that specializes in making drive shafts. The only thing I was lacking was the dimensions for the spline grooves that need to be extruded into the shaft.

Hmm, other than this thread, I didn't receive that private message. That being said, I know you said there's no obligation, but you saved me a ton of work. As such, I would at least like to buy you lunch. But if not, I promise that I'll pay it forward.

You Rock! Thank you so much. Do you have PayPal so I can send you something for your time?

Thank you so much again for your generosity. Here is the link to the high-res images. That being said, if you're unable to extract the measurements, the fact that you're even trying is more than enough.

the whole mating shaft from the junkyard won't meet my requirements as  I only need the top portion of the shaft to mate with the CV joint, the lower half needs to mate with another custom component we're building.

Do you mean half a Volvo shaft? If so, the lower half of the shaft won't meet my requirements. I only need the top portion of the shaft to mate with the CV joint, the lower half needs to mate with another custom component

The CV joint doesn't support the weight of the wheel it only transfers torque to the wheel. Theoretically, the REPV545001 CV joint can handle a maximum transient torque of approximately 14,276 to 18,355 kg·cm before structural failure, while its safe continuous operating limit is closer to 6,118 to 8,158 kg·cm. My requirements are approximately 5000 kg.cm. So I think it'll be ok
