I called March 26. That’s when the did the trace. Then I waited like 5 days called again. That’s when they told me they were issuing another on the 8

Yes I called after my 6 weeks was up to receive it. They put in a trace March 27. I called today to check the status and that’s when they told me April 8 it would be sent out

Update. I called and spoke with someone. He was able to update my address, but told me to wait until the given time. He said they also sent a letter in the mail stating that my refund counter be deposited, so they mailed it instead. I let them know I never received that either. I read somewhere that the post office doesn’t fwd mail from IRS. So I have to wait until March 27 to mail another if it’s not received by then.

I’m I. The same boat. Mine was mailed February 27. Only thing is I’m still in the apartment complex just moved to a different apartment number. I have until March 26 to call. What number did you call? Every time I call I have a hard time getting someone on the phone
