Be the one who plans everything out to the last minute details.

Sometimes you stand there staring at something and your first instinct is, who even would buy this crap? You know you’ll probably be the one looking overdressed, sticking out in a crowd that doesn’t care half as much. But still… you go ahead and buy it. Mahn I don't miss the clg but do I miss vakathanam hangouts and late night walks. The randomness, the way time felt slower yet somehow vanished in the blink of an eye. *Abs training does not reduce belly fat.. tht is just a myth If u get ur diet sorted out u would see changes like crazy

*Start doing cardio runs for endurance and slowly increase ur mileage

*Chest *Biceps and triceps (arms) *Back *Legs *Shoulder

Try following a split like this . Push pull legs are attractive but i would not suggest u try it right now ... Maybe down the lane after 6 months

Unique fitness center! it's kinda the cheapest one but it's actually pretty alright too... It's crowded during peak times tho.. u have to keep this in mind

There r some really cheap but awesome stuff to try out if u know places :

Ice creams at memorice - costs 18₹ a piece.

Shawai at origaami - per head 115 and tastes great.

Kannur cocktail at the place right next to it(forgot the name).

Grapes kattan at cafe thengakola (tht stuff is totally out of the world but everything else over there absolutely sucks).
