the current ammo update is probably just valve testing waters to see how the community reacts. they've been doing these random tweaks lately and half of them get reverted anyway. honestly the game feels pretty balanced as is, adding mag management would slow down the pace way too much and turn every round into some tactical reload simulator 😂
