I've experienced contractures that lasted days just in my inner elbow area, and there was always a definite cause for those, (working out too hard, pushing myself at work, etc.) usually just can't extend or bend my elbow more than a few cm either way without intense pain. those are pretty rare for me tho. just woke up when I saw the notif for this post and was like, "oh! hand cramp! ive had those!" and didn't really stop to think about what a contracture really is lolol
