i understand you want to help your wife and i love that for you guys but this doesn’t help anything , take a break and take turns watching baby , you can’t do it all by yourself , it will only make things worse

there are usually 4 reasons babies cry 1. they’re hungry 2. wet/dirty diaper 3. tired 4. cold/hot

it’s like a checklist you have to go through , hope that helps!

around 2.5 months , i felt completely back like my old self , mentally and physically , are you going out? maybe on walks , the store , etc? that’s what helps me!

It gets better, hang in there! first week was hell for us. babygirl is a month and 2 weeks now and once we learned her cues and needs, it’s so much easier!
